We will be providing a robust dashboard that will communicate all these elements.
What happens to my site if Parfait fails?
The site is yours. You will now have an optimized website that any high quality developer can manage.
Can Parfait automate emails such as order confirmations, abandoned carts, and subscription reminders?
Yes, we can. We will be developing the full suite of services during 2026. We will communicate the stages of development as they become available.
Is there built-in inventory tracking for roasted coffee (I.e. will it default to sold out or do I have to track it?
The inventory system is a Phase 3 integration. It will happen but most likely in 2027.
How does Parfait handle shipping options—USPS, UPS, flat-rate, free shipping thresholds, etc. given all the different distances and possibilities?
Our system will allow for the shipping through all the various delivery channels.
Who handles tech support for the roasters on the site and for customers?
Pete Mertz and Ashleigh Adams lead our development team.
What does it cost me to be a part of Parfait each month?
The early adopters will enjoy a monthly subscription rate of $1350. This will move to $1500 in April.
Can you help with my marketing?
We would love to help. However, that service is in addition to the current monthly subscription rate.
How will you actually be able to market Parfait and all the brands on the site to a consistent national audience?
We are building a 360 degree approach for our brand that will help drive sales. Then the strength of the combined arsenal of roasters with their remarkably healthy websites will further drive awareness.
What makes Parfait unique against Trade and other successful e-commerce platforms.?
Parfait is geared towards elevating the awareness and individuality of the roasters, not our brand.
How customizable are my product pages, especially for roast profiles and flavor notes?
We have a team of remarkably adroit graphic design artists and strategic marketing individuals that can help with this process. Some of the augmentations may be beyond the scope of the original engagement agreement, but we can certainly coordinate these developments.
Does the platform allow me to control the look & feel and content?
It absolutely does. Reformer is primarily focused on the backend, the engine. Our goal is to give you more control while building a more efficient, optimized website.
How does Parfait integrate with my existing payment processor or do I need to switch?
Parfait is engineered to work alongside of your existing system and will be able to work in parallel.
Can Parfait migrate a rotating product catalog, customer data, and order history from my current website?
Yes, we can. We will integrate your existing data into the new server.
Will all coffee orders be seamless with orders that come in through my website exclusive of Parfait?
Yes!
