Instead of those bland morning coffees, Tom Powers, distinguished restaurateur and fine wine expert, teamed up with his childhood friend Patrick Maloney. Patrick's a coffee expert with decades of experience in roasting, consulting, and working with top-tier machines. They saw an opportunity to improve online coffee sales and believed they could create something special.

But how do you turn that idea into a powerful digital platform? That’s where Pete Mertz came in. With a background in digital strategy, design and growth marketing, Pete has created and led initiatives for major enterprises and applied his technical and strategic expertise to develop this new platform.

Then, Ashleigh Adams completed the team. She's experienced in UI/UX and strategy, and her designs have helped create dynamic platforms for years. She brought a valuable perspective, strategic thinking, and a design sensibility that would enhance Parfait. Interestingly, Ash and Pete grew up together near Detroit, showing that some collaborations just seem meant to be.

This team is a group of talented friends who are great at  what they do. They didn't just observe the existing online world; they improved it, helping roasters elevate their digital presence and elevating the customer experience.
